Missing clock icon for Safari history in bookmarks on iPad

Re: "I do not get the option of checking my history when I click on my bookmark icon. Believe I should get a clock icon which would give me access to my history. Any help appreciated."

Try re-starting iPad: (Eg: Deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update recent setting changes, and more. A restart often restores order if somethhing is not working as expected.
