How do I fix 'Piano Roll' mode not drawing or showing notes in Logic Pro?

I can tell you for sure that the "Gold Plug-Ins" are for a feature called "Sends on Faders". Turn that off and you should be good. For the other issue, I would love to see a screen recording. Hope that helps.
