How can I delete open files on iPadOS 18.3.2?

iPad Os 18.3.2 in files, can you delete a file when it’s open? I can only select a file and delete it, I dont want to delete the wrong file. The thumbnail doesn’t show the content

The Operation Can't Be Completed Fix? Why The File app tutorial says “Browse button at bottom of screen” ? View and modify files and folders in Files on iPad - Apple Support in the above website, It says “Browse button at bottom of screen.” But I can not find it? why does it say at “ bottom of screen” Am I missing something? There is nothing at bottom of screen in File app on my iPad 11 third generation with most updated version?
