Why The File app tutorial says “Browse button at bottom of screen” ?

View and modify files and folders in Files on iPad - Apple Support

in the above website,

It says “Browse button at bottom of screen.”

But I can not find it?

why does it say at “ bottom of screen” Am I missing something? There is nothing at bottom of screen in File app on my iPad 11 third generation with most updated version?
