I'm editing a multicam interview and need to change the brightness and contrast of the clips from one angle to match the others. I can't see how to do this.
If I try in the angle editor, as soon as I move the cursor away from the selected clip I can't open the controls in the Inspector.
Apologies if this is a basic question - I'm moving up from iMovie and am learning as I go along.

What I usually do is create a Compound Clip with each one of my original cam clip, and freely edit each of them when needed, THEN only I create a Multicam clip with the edited Compound Clips. It is not a so basic question, although the answer seems obvious. The advantage of this is that any later modifications to any Compound Clip reflects right away to the Multicam.

This seems like an opportunity to use a feature of FCP that I confess to not having used before :-)
I am referring to the "Comparison Viewer".
Window->Show in Workspace->Comparison Viewer
Then select some relevant frames to use for the Comparison Viewer, and save them.
Then you can compare the frames on the angle that you want to adjust to those in the other angles.
Alternatively, you can open the Event Viewer, and select clips from the other angles in browser.
