You need to be in a country where it's available and have an iPhone 15 Pro or newer to use Apple Intelligence.
Simple!
First, make sure you’re updated to macOS Sequoia, the latest operating system.
Second, make sure your language and Siri language are both the same and both are allowed to access by Apple Intelligence.
Third, open Siri. It’s not really called “Siri”: it’s called “Apple Intelligence & Siri”.
Oh, and make sure your Mac has an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, M3, M4).
Click open that, open Apple Intelligence, and go enjoy the mind-blowing features of Apple Intelligence!
