I have an iPhone 11 that I got a few weeks ago. The phone is about 6 years old and I know it supports the latest iOS update, but considering it’s been that long, I am not sure if it is still a good choice. What do you guys think?

It's probably gotten its last update with iOS 18. So if you want something that will still get updates, get something newer.
Still worth what?
It will function fine on the current version of iOS. I wouldn't necessarily expect it to be able to update to any future versions... The battery may or may not need to be replaced.
As for "worth it", I suppose that depends on how much you paid for it.
Personally, it wouldn't be my choice unless I was in the market for one that I could consider 'expendable', or something to use as an emergency backup or give to a child who might damage or lose it.
