Camera and microphone lights turning on randomly on iPhone and iPad

Both on my iPad and iPhone I’ve found while not touching or using the devices when I’ve gone to pick it up the camera light is on with a black locked screen. I do not have Face ID set up. I do not have Siri activated. I do not allow Apple AI to analyse anything or collect data. I do not allow apps to use my camera or microphone. When unlocking the iPad the camera opened up with the screen facing me. I do not use my iPad for photos. With my phone it has also happened both while I am not using it and while I am holding the phone, using it without being in the camera app. It also has been showing the microphone light in use after the camera light. I can’t add the photos right now people they’re in HEIC format.
