disable copying hyperlink in safari

This feature had been long time been disable. Now with IOS release 18.4 its back. extremely annoying that releases change your settings.

Scenario:

I copy a sentence or phrase in Safari. that so happens to have a hyperlink.

My intent is to only copy all as text, no html coding. So I can paste it to s message or elsewhere.

This was disable in prior releases but it has return in 18.4 and I went up and down every setting and can no longer see a method of turning this off, unlike I had in the past.

Searching the community I can not find anything, nor on the world wide web.

IOS 18.4 is full of bugs, I fighting over several and just a hair away of abandoning apple.

Its bad enough spending a lot of time searching for answers, but its far worse not finding a solution.
