Why does my Apple credit card show $0.00 available balance despite being below the limit?

I have funds available on my Apple credit card. It shows I am below my limit but it tells me my availble balane is $0.00. Yet I have made necessary payments to keep account active. How do I fix this?

"Balance" in credit card terms is what you owe, not what you have.

If it says $0.00, it means you owe nothing at this time. You may have a pending charge or a monthly payment, but they're not due at this time so do not add to your balance.

Your credit limit, is the amount you can spend on the card.
