All Hue accessories (lights, remotes and motion sensors) are not responding in Home App

Hi Community,

Recently i changed my setup of hue from zigbee to matter and configured all lights in apple home accordingly.

But since then i am facing issues in apple home in respect to hue accessories only.

Around a week ago my all hue devices became unresponsive. I started debugging the same and found out that my Home is not visible in Hue app under Settings>SmartHome. So i removed the hue bridge from apple home and added it again and configured the devices accordingly. After that everything started working normally.

Now today again all hue devices became unresponsive in Home app and to my shock again my home was not visible in Hue app under Settings>smart Home.

Please help what to do because i am fed up by adding all devices again and again. Smart home is to help us but in recent days it became such a headache for me that i am thinking to go back to non smart home.
