Vintage iPod no longer recognised on MacPro after Sequoia installation

Ipod not recognised and cannot be found through Finder nor AppleMusic. Group chats would seem to indicate that this is not a problem that can be rectified atm. The4 iPod has had a thorough service after the problem arose but this has merely confirmed that the iPod itself is working perfectly. Unfortunately all my songs have been deleted from the iPod although these remind on MacBook Pro Music hard drive.

Ipod Video 5th gen software deleted So i tried to fix my Ipod by using the disk utility since it cant be detected by apple music But then, i tried to delete the files and it so happened to delete the software from the ipod itself. And now it says "Connect to your computer. Use itunes to restore." Since itunes is no longer a thing, i only have the Apple Music. But since it cant detect the ipod i have don't got a clue on how to restore it. It only recognized as a hard drive in finder, but sometimes it show up and does not, is there anyway out of this? p.s. iPod Classic suddenly not recognized by Music MY last-generation iPod classic, 160gb SSD, is all of a sudden a complete mystery to Music. (I'm at Monterey 12.6.6 as of last night). Everything was fine as of a couple of weeks ago, but now Music never even shows the iPod as being connected. I have restored it several times, and each time the "restore" function in the Finder never seems to complete, and regardless, I never see the "sync iPod" button in the Finder window. Help! Thanks.

M1 Mac mini won't recognize old iPod-mini I have an old iPod mini circa 2005 that has a lot of albums that I want to transfer into 'Music' (aka iTunes). But although my M1 Mac-mini running Monterey 12.6.2 shows the iPod-mini via 'system information' it does not show in finder or Music (ver 1.2.5.7) so I don't seem to be able to import my albums from the iPod. Here is the iPod-mini data that I see via 'System Information': Product ID: 0x1205 Vendor ID: 0x05ac (Apple Inc.) Version: 0.01 Serial Number: 000A2700143AE4C5 Speed: Up to 480 Mb/s Manufacturer: Apple Location ID: 0x02111000 / 11 Current Available (mA): 500 Extra Operating Current (mA): 0 What next? Any thoughts?
