Missing Apple Intelligence and other features

I have updated my iphone 15 pro max to ios 18.4 on 31st March 2025 in India, but still i did not get the apple intelligence and other features in it. please help

How are you sure that iOS 18.4 should have what you are looking for? Have you seen any Apple Articles on this?

Apple is yet to update their article on iOS 18.4 --> About iOS 18 Updates
