Stop safari from suggesting an email address when logging into a website

Safari suggests the same email address when logging into a website even though it is not the correct email address. It clearly is not using the address from my Passwords list, though by suggesting an address I assume it is so if I proceed most websites will say the address is not valid, which is true, and a waste of time.

Safari (keychain) fills in the wrong password or email I have this problem with Safari a lot. When I create a login to a website, and Safari asks me if I want to save the login, I click Yes. Then later, when I revisit the same site, Safari auto fills in the login info, but then the site says it is incorrect. VERY annoying! The login box has only two pieces of info: my email address and my password. When I click on the disclose button on the password field, it does look like the type of password I create. So perhaps the email Safari filled in is wrong? Why does Safari do this? Another problem is when I click Login or Continue, and the website returns the message that it is the wrong password/email combination, Safari sometimes asks me if I want to save the login! Why would Safari do this? Is Safari that stupid? Can Safari not read or detect that the website is returning an error? How long has Apple had to refine this feature? Poor software like this is why many people find passwords to be such a pain and why bad passwords and bad security are such an issue to this day.

How do I turn off Google Sign-In Prompts When Using Safari? I get this this "Sign in with Google" pop-up on my laptop, desktop, iPad, and iPhone when I land on sites on the web. Not every site, but enough to be very annoying. (I've attached screen shot.) One friend suggested emailing the webmaster of any site where Google popped up, which I tried with a few but did not get any responses. I solution was proposed in the Community here in a post from 3-21-23: "To turn off sign in prompts in your Google account, go to your Google Account security page and sign in to your account. Once you're signed in, on the Security page under the "Signing in to Other Sites" section turn off the "Google Account sign-in prompts" option." My Google account does not have the section on the Security page "Signing in to Other Sites". I searched with phrase and found nothing. I also did not see anything that led to "Google Account sign-in prompts". Did Google rename them, move them somewhere else or delete them altogether? I have done what I can on Safari to block pop ups, but the Google pop ups pop up anyway. Note: I added gmail to my Mac mail account years ago. These pop-ups seemed to start in the last 12 months? Safari No Longer Suggesting Email Until recently, when I selected an email field in Safari, it would suggest three things at the bottom of the app: my email address, Hide My Email, and my password manager (Keeper). Recently, it has stopped suggesting my email address, but it does show the other two (more odd: sometimes it gives me two places to select Hide My Email, one in the normal spot and one where it should show my real email). I haven't made any changes to my settings, and everything in settings and contacts looks correct. I recently installed the 16.2 update, but I cannot recall whether this issue started before or after the update.

It’s not that. It’s called “Autofill Contact” and appears in the keyboard. I’ve changed that setting and that resolved it.

It’s the site your on. Just decline what ever is suggested.
