Recently installed iTunes on a new Windows computer. All music has been transferred. I cannot drag & drop a newly created playlist to my iPhone 15 Pro. Cannot sync the iPhone either. Took a few tweaks to even get iTunes to see my iPhone. Messed around with numerous settings. Nothing fixes the issue. All software has been updated and it is certainly not the USB cable and rebooting does nothing but waste my time. Help please!

I do appreciate the reply. I managed to download Apple Music for Windows. All music automatically transferred from iTunes to Apple music. I then transferred all music to my phone. Oddly enough, the -54 "Unknown Error" was showing while I watched all music sync. Very bizarre.
iPhone cannot be synced. Unknown error (-54).
