iPhone cannot be synced. Unknown error (-54).

Recently installed iTunes on a new Windows computer. All music has been transferred. I cannot drag & drop a newly created playlist to my iPhone 15 Pro. Cannot sync the iPhone either. Took a few tweaks to even get iTunes to see my iPhone. Messed around with numerous settings. Nothing fixes the issue. All software has been updated and it is certainly not the USB cable and rebooting does nothing but waste my time. Help please!
