Change Apple Music's .musiclibrary location on Windows

Apple Music generates a "Apple Music Library.musiclibrary" folder on startup and populates it with album art and other things. Is there any way to set the location to someplace other than C:\Users\___\Music?

My drive C: is a small, almost full system SSD and I cannot afford to clutter it with junk. I have plenty of room on other drives. Moving the media folder to another drive unfortunately did not move the .musiclibrary folder, and deleting the .musiclibrary folder just re-generates it when the program starts.

If this isn't possible, is there a way to prevent Apple Music from caching images to .musiclibrary, other than uninstalling the program and sticking to the web client?

I realize that Apple is determined to make the Windows experience as desktop-user-unfriendly as possible, what with using "Microsoft Store" (yuck) instead of just offering an installer for download like everyone else, but surely a basic degree of customization is possible? I have Microsoft Store's install directory set to drive F: but Apple Music doesn't seem to respect that. Music players from the 90s didn't have this problem!
