Child’s iCloud can’t call me from her texts/ contacts list

My child’s iPhone can only call me directly through the FaceTime app. She cannot call/FaceTime me straight from her contacts or from her text messages on the top right. It says “ Choose another phone number or email address to call “Mommy” then it says that my personal iCloud in the contact cards is not available for FaceTime. Please any thing helps!

Parental Controls Not Working: Child can text/call/facetime unapproved contacts I have two kids, each have our old phones to play around with. Each of the phones have parental controls set up the same. One child's phone only allows him to contact people in his contact list that I have set up. The other child can type in any number he wants and in turn, isn't blocked from contacting people outside of the contact list I have set up. I have reset the phone, I have deleted everything and started over again so many times. Why are these phones set up the exact same way but one is working as intended while the other does not? Not sure if it helps but the one working is an iPhone 8; one not working correctly is iPhone 6. Both are up to date of software. Please help before I've pulled out every strand of hair I have left!

Contact card not available for Facetime my mom’s contact card who only uses an email ( not a cell phone) says it’s not set up for FaceTime. She can FaceTime me, but I can’t FaceTime her…. How do I fix that?
