How do I fix FaceTime and iMessage not verifying?

I have the same problem. I already tried all troubleshooting steps and nothing has worked, guess I have to wait another 24hours. In the settings next to my number is a loading icon and it isn’t activating. And I’m constantly getting Reg Resp messages and the pop up notification to turn iMessage on
