iMessage and facetime not Verifying my number!

Hi, I’ve been having this issue for a long time that iMessage and FaceTime don’t verify my numbers so i cannot use them.

I did turn them off and enabled them again but still not working!

no matter how much i wait it’s not verified!

Im running ios 18.3.2 on 15 pm

is there any solution?!
