How do I fix slow performance, storage discrepancy, and stuck Spotlight indexing on my MacBook Pro M2 Pro?

i have noticed that my macbook pro m2 pro feels quite slow for a month know, a week or 2 ago i also realised that my apple photos was somehow hogging a ton of space without having any data, i seemed to have fixed that problem but now my disk manager and storage utility say that i have a different amount of space available on my drive and my spotlight can't index anymore.

Does anybody have any idea what i can do to start de bugging this?
