Storage settings won't show correct categories

After updating to Ventura, storage settings doesn't show categories correctly, instead only showing Documents, macOS, Trash, and counting everything else as "System data":

I used to have categories like Applications and Music Production, among others. I have already restarted the Mac several times and rebuilt my Spotlight index through the methods seen in Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support and https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/83958/spotlight-doesnt-work-anymore-in-os-x-mountain-lion/108557#108557.

Is there any other way to fix it?
