Alexa App Doesn’t Show Songs in my Apple Playlist

When I ask my Echo Dot to play an Apple Playlist, Alexa complies. And the Alexa App shows the song playing, the album art, etc. But, the Alexa App does not show the songs in my playlist like the Apple App does, so I can’t scroll down a select a specific song. Any way to get the Apple Playlist Songs to show up?

Apple Music on Echo device I’ve always been able to just go to my Apple Music icon on my phone and play my lists in whatever order I wish. I click on the Amazon Alexa device and connect it to Bluetooth then hit my playlists on the my phone app and that’s it. Now when I go to my lists nothing plays through my Echo device. It shows on the song as if it is playing through but it isn’t. It’s silent. Everything else looks ok, it is all linked and there are no updates to be had. If I ask Alexa to play my apple playlist it just plays random songs from it in no particular order so I have no control over what is playing and which order it is played. Why has this suddenly happened?

Alexa does not recognize playlists on Apple Music This started about a week or two ago and I have not been able to fix it. Amazon states that it is an issue with Apple, since they are the developer. The issue is Alexa not recognizing any of my playlists on Apple Music. The Alexa will say it can’t find [name of playlist] but when telling the Alexa to play a specific song, it will play it from Apple Music since it is set as my default music platform in the Alexa app settings. I have done every troubleshooting step I can, unlink the Apple Music skill, I have waited up to 24 hours to link the skill again, I have unplugged all my Alexa devices, reset the devices, and the skill will not work. Music is really important to me, so I’m posting here in hopes that someone higher up will see this and can work on the issue.

Alexa won't recognize my apple music playlists Just to get it out of the way, I do have Apple Music as my prime music account linked to my Alexa. It will play any songs or albums that I ask for but if I ask for one of my specific playlists that I have manually made, it will say that it doesn’t recognize it or that it can’t find it. At first I thought maybe it didn’t understand what I said, but it repeats the name back to me correctly. anyone else have this issue?
