Concatenate files?

I have about a dozen high bitrate mp4s that I want to encode to a smaller, single low-res approval file. I thought for sure Compressor (updated to 4.10 today) would be able to encode a series of files into one output but I don't see how. Am I missing it or is it not possible in Compressor?

I can do this in ffmpeg if not possible.
