Converting Multiple Video Files to Same Format on Compressor

I have a large collection of HEVC video files from my camera that I want to convert to .mp4, but I can't for the life of me find out how to put the same custom setting on to multiple files in Apple Compressor. The collection is very large so doing it one by one is not feasible for me.
