Language of the apple tv interface keeps changing to Hindi

Evere time I log into Apple TV+ on chrome the page displays in Hindi. If I go to settings and change it to English it immediately changes back to Hindi again. If I log out, it is in English, when I log in, it changes to Hindi. This happened about 1-2 months ago, before that there was no problem. This is ridiculously frustrating.

On top of that, I have to log out and log in again every time I want to watch something, otherwise the content won't play.

I think I have found the solution...when you login into you Apple TV+ account in Chrome....scroll right down to the right hand side bottom corner of the page...where it will say Bharat (in Hindi) <space> English (UK) <space> Hindi (all are clickable), sharing a screenshot below...Click on English UK and your account should be good in the English language...also the URL should look like this - https://tv.apple.com/in?l=en-GB
