How can I access Apple Music with Family Sharing?

recently i joined a sharing family plan, but when i tried to play a music on apple music an offer to buy the monthly package always pops up like i don't have a subscription. the family plan is active but i still can't seem to use the apple music. and when i try to press home, "cannot connect, try again" pops up instead. i've tried re downloading the app but nothing seems to change. please help. PS my internet is fine.

these forums are user helping other users like yourself, it's sort of going to a

physical apple store and asking other customers their advice


to the best of all our knowledge then apple music is not included in family sharing because they sell a

special family version of the subscription
