Music playlist ownership with family sharing

I recently used a home computer to set-up my young daughter with her own login for Apple Music with restrictions. When I logged into my own (Parent) account on my work computer with web access, several playlists I had created under my profile show as being owned by my daughter and are not visible if I want to add a song to my own playlist.

1. Can you switch ownership of a playlist? (how did something I created before as a parent switch ownership to a child's account)
2. Does anyone know how to completely separate music access and playlists between family accounts?
