Score Editor - Top margin spacing in Linear View

Hi,

In the Score Editor, can you create top margin spacing in Linear View? It looks messy with the 7th chords being cut off at the top. If I change the Layout > Global Format > Top Margin/Header Space it only affects the Page View and not the Linear View or Wrapped View.
