What should I do if Screen Time requests fail?

my child sends me screen time request and I approve it but on his end it doesn’t unlock. Why?

  1. One of the device or both devices are not connected to the internet.
  2. If your child has multiple Apple IDs (e.g., school and personal), make sure they’re signed into the right one for Screen Time.



If you connect to Wifi, doesn't necessarily mean you are connected to the internet. --> nternet not available WiFi and Cellular … - Apple Community
