How do I approve app download requests for a minor's Family Sharing account on Windows?

So I purchased a new phone, and I gave my old Iphone (iphone 14) to my daughter. She's still a minor so I made a family sharing account for her. Everything went well and I was able to make an account for her. So of course, like the setting in google family link, I also turned on the option to "ask parent whenever the kid downloads a new app". So if my kid tries to download an app, App Store is supposed to ask my permission before any app can be downloaded. The problem is that, I no longer use an apple device, and I dont have a macbook. I can only access family sharing via windows. I cant seem to see the option for me to approve those app download request. Any advice guys? Thanks and I appreciate any help
