How do I replace Control Center with Spoken Content on iPad?

I have a shortcut (tiggke assustuve touch) that opens an item that gives a choice of shortcuts to various accessibility optionsl. See attached photo. I know you can change the options but I don't remember how to do that. I want to replace controll center with spoken content. I've looked in both shortcuts (which I'm not famiar with) and accessibility but haven't found a solution. I'm using iOS 18 o 15 inch iPad Air and also on a much older iPad Pro (10.5 inch) that won't update beyond iOS 17.5 If I could even get the spoken content on my screen as a separate link I'd be happy with that. Thanks for any suggestions.
