Can Shortcuts use Voice Control commands?

When creating Shortcuts, can you add Voice Control commands (e.g. Show Grid, Tap [#])?

I’m trying to create shortcuts to allow me to use my iPhone without seeing the screen. I can get a shortcut to open an app, but then I can’t figure out how to trigger a UI element (e.g. a “play” button on an Insight Timer meditation for example) without doing so manually each time using Voice Control (or looking at my screen to click the “Play” button).

Can you somehow tap a UI element (eg a “play” button via a Shortcut once an app is open?

Or, can you add Voice Control commands to a Shortcut somehow?

so far, after a lot of trial an error, I haven’t been able to solve this.

iPhone 13, iOS 16
