How can I change the image size on my FaceTime camera?

I have an M4 MacbookPro. On Zoom, FaceTime, etc., my face is twice as big as everyone else's. I really don't sit that close to the camera, and it wasn't this way on my M1, as far as I remember. Is there a setting I haven't found yet? Given how wide angle the FaceTime camera can be, you'd think it wouldn't have to crop the image so tight if that's not what I want.
