How to zoom in with my 24" M1 iMac webcam

On my 24" iMac, is there a way I can zoom in to make my own image larger when I'm on FaceTime or Zoom? I have the computer display maybe a foot and a half away from my face and when I look at my own thumbnail I see my face occupies only a small part of the room behind me. Is there a way to zoom in closer?
