Hello everyone, iPhone 16 Pro Max, sometimes the screen goes out but calls come in and the phone continues to work, I reinstalled the program through Finder, but this happens again several times a day, I also changed the Apple ID but the problem remains, does anyone have similar problems? I have the same problem

There have been a number of reports of the brightness being turned down all the way.
Ask Siri to set the brightness to maximum (or 50%, or whatever... just something other than what it is).
If you have Siri on the Lock Screen disabled, try going into a very dark room and see if you can see the display and turn it up.
If that's the issue, you should probably consider turning off control center on the Lock Screen.

Did you even attempt to have Siri turn up the brightness?
yes i tried it doesn't help siri answers but the screen is black
