How do I restart an iPhone in assistive access without exiting?

I don’t want to exit assistive access to restart the phone. Has anyone figured out a way to restart an iPhone in assistive access without exiting assistive access? Trying to set up an iPhone 16 for a cognitively disabled person. Thanks!
