How do I remove a stolen Microsoft Passport's shared web token from my iPhone and iMac?

many years ago a roommate stole my ms passport. its been years and due to iPhone and iMac both under this shared "token" for web access every time I try to get through my phone gets sidetracked. Emulating all my devices with the share web certificate.

This has been going on for over 12 years and I cannot get free.Every device I purchase has the **** cert and code . pls help as I can't seem to fix it although I have oodles of keys, device id,s and SAME Facebook domain. I am bewildered and confused as to why I can't get through to an engineer or other person to look because I am not a business.
