How do I authorize my Mac to download Apple Music purchases?

I am trying to authorize my computer to download my Apple Music purchased and I keep getting this message. I have already removed my old/unused devices from my Apple ID, and I deauthorized all the devices. Any advice?

Unable to View My Account in Apple Music App on Laptop I have bought a new laptop and downloaded apple music app to access previous purchases. When I go to authorise the computer it says I already have 5 and I need to de-authorise one. However when I go to View My Account to do this I get a message saying This information does not exist or is not available. How can I deauthorise the computers if I cannot access it? Thanks Clare

Authorize computer is not showing as an option in Account menu of Apple Music app/Itunes. How do I authorize and download previously purchased content to new computer? I am trying to authorize my new Mac but the option to authorize doesn't come up under account in music player/iTunes app? I am trying to download previously purchased content and I only have one other device authorized. Please help.

Disable any VPN. Make sure that your system clock has the correct time. Try rebooting both computer and router. If you are using your ISPs DNS server you might try switching to Google's public DNS servers on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
