There are no options in my account for authorizing or deauthorizing my device for iTunes purchases and downloads. How can I authorize my MacBook so I can listen to music purchased on iTunes?

I just purchased a MacBook Pro and cannot listen to any of the music I've purchased on iTunes. There are no options to authorize or deauthorize my device in my account information.

Open the Music or TV app on your new MacBook Pro and use the instructions in Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support
