Weird "PDF" File Can't Be Deleted

I noticed a PDF file that has no icon and can't be moved or deleted. I found it when I did a search for all files ending in .pdf while searching for another one. I'm attaching two screenshots, one showing the file shown after searching (and notice that it doesn't show where it's located at the bottom), and another screenshot of the Get Info window. I tried restarting but that didn't help.

I'm using Lion on an old Mac mini that I need to keep at that version so InDesign CS6 will continue to run.

Any ideas?
