How do I stop force quit application pop-ups on Mac?

Force quit application

Force quit applications keep popping up every few seconds to remind me that my system has run out of application memory. It shuts down my tabs, or whatever im doing like music, shows, or work. I have force quitted the apps that its asked multiple times for a long time. According to my Mac storage I have a lot of space and memory left. How do I stop the application pop up from coming up? It’s really annoying I just want to to stop popping up.

"Run out of application memory" can also include virtual memory, so at this point I suggest EtreCheck may help.
