Curious if anyone might know why suddenly I am getting this error message from quicktime: I get about 3 seconds and blip, quits:
Running Ventura 13.6.1
QT version 10.5
What's this screenshot app option? Does it do video as well?
Any wisdom is welcome.

Turns out it was a lack of HD memory. Removed some files - QT works as it should. I appreciate the screen app - I did not know it was available.

I'm not sure why you are having this issue with QTP. but if you would like to try the screenshot app, you can find it in your applications' utilities folder, or use the "shift-command-5" keyboard shortcut to bring up the recording options and select which you would like to use. and yes, it does screen recording video.
