Why is Apple Intelligence not working on my iPhone 16 Pro Max?

I have iPhone 16 pro max. I turned off vpn settings general vpn & Device click vpn then turn off. Back to general all the way to the bottom transfer or reset iPhone then rest. Then reset network settings. It did it’s magic and everything working
