Safari tab groups reverting to “ Untitled” after creating a new tab group

I renamed separate tab groups for “Shows”, “Music”, “Official Documents” etc., and everytime I create a new tab group, all previously edited name revert back to “Untitled”. What should I do to make the name permanent?

Safari tab group name no longer appears in the front of minimized windows I know that tab group names are always displayed at the top left corner of the window. It used to be that the tab group name will also appear when you hover over the minimized window as well. That was very useful for determining which window I want to pull up. Idk what happened today but it suddenly stopped displaying the tab group names on minimized windows and only display the website name I minimzed on. I did not change any settings. How can I get the tab name display back on minimzed windows when I hover over them?
