"Extension process Accessibility(719) exited." when trying to open command list in voice control

I Got an issue with voice control n my macbook pro OS 15.3.2 sequoia.

When I try to open the "command" list, I get this message:

"Extension process Accessibility(719) exited."

I tried to turn off voice control, delete the file com.apple.SpeakSelection.plist in the preferences folder and restart the mac, but it does not sort the issue.

I tried to reset the NVRAM and the SMC, but I got the same issue.

my computer is : Apple MacBook Pro 16" 2019, A2141 - Core i9 - 32GB RAM 2TB SSD - macos Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81)
