can't use find my phone on one of my devices

the physical sim card showed it was expired (couldn't make phone call or get messages) so the chat line told me to remove SIM card and set up an e-sim card on my iphone 12 mini... Calls and messages began working but now Find my Phone does not ... Location services on, Find my phone on, what's up?

Does Find My Devices still work when both my SIM card and phone are blocked? My iPhone 13 mini is stolen and I have been trying to track its location by "Find My Devices", but it just keeps saying it's offline and only gives me the last location. I guess either my phone has died or is not connected to any networks. I am planning to contact the carrier and ask them to bar my SIM card and the phone for security reasons, but I am wondering if the Find My service still works with both of them blocked - in case my phone is charged and gets connected back to a network/wifi by whoever stole it.

About “Find my Iphone after turned off” option. I have done everything. Turned on Location Services, Find my Iphone option, Find my Network option, send my last location option. but I can’t see ”Iphone findable after turning off” option. Can anyone help me??

Lost iPhone 7 Plus with location services off I can't find my iphone 7 plus, it either dies or was powered off and my location services were off, I enabled lost device so when ever it is powered on the location services will activate. Any suggestions on how I can find my device, any help will be greatly appreciated!! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
