How do I stop FaceTime from randomly calling a contact on my iPhone?

So someone on my contact list has been reaching out to me stating with pictures and video recordings that my FaceTime has been calling her the first time she got this sort of call was on the 8th of March, then yesterday and today. It’s does not even show on my call/dial list that I placed any call (which I didn’t). What can be done about this? I have changed my Apple ID password and I’m sure that there are No devices logged on to my Apple account. What needs to be done to stop her from getting these calls.
