Struggling to do an iCloud backup.

Although my iPhone was backed up to the cloud two weeks ago, I tried again overnight and it still said three hours to go this morning. Surely the backup shouldn't take 14 hours?


Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 18

we need Apple to expose some details on WHY the backup fails that we can try fix the data we try to backup if that is the issue.

I went to the iStore in South Africa, many of them, they can’t help us either???

It’s just horrible to get a support link from all forum members always. As if I have not been trying everything for multiple years.

Apple needs to come to the party and assist.

Sorry you made NO MENTION of any link or any DETAILS of what you've done already.

Not sure how you deem it horrible when someone gives you a Apple documentation to troubleshoot your issue, you sound very UNGRATEFUL!!!
