my icloud backup says 2 days until complete

my phone is struggling to backup to computer , so im trying icloud backup and it says 2 days estimated until complete. is this right or normal

Struggling to do an iCloud backup. Although my iPhone was backed up to the cloud two weeks ago, I tried again overnight and it still said three hours to go this morning. Surely the backup shouldn't take 14 hours? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why is iCloud backup saying the time remaining is over 12 hours? My latest attempt to backup my iPhone 12 Pro results in iCloud backup saying the estimated time is over 12 hours!

I phone backup increasingly increasing estimated backup time I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max that just had switched its iCloud account. I tried to back it up to iCloud but the estimated time just kept increasing, minute by minute. I even left it overnight but the time increased to 5 hours.

Yes, this could be because there are a lot of things on your device and this may be the first time backing up to iCloud. Give it some time and the estimated time could change.
